Corporate Partnerships
BEC is dedicated to nurturing a talent pool of Black Engineers in Canada that innovates, leads and grows the engineering profession, and the Canadian economy.
BEC will also be providing niche research and data that will directly benefit companies, institutions and policymakers.
Through BEC, Corporate Partners will have access to a large talent pool of licensed engineers, engineering graduates and students seeking co-ops and internships.
Community Partnerships
BEC is a community based organization and draws energy from individuals and groups committed to advancing an equitable, diversity and inclusive society.
BEC will partner with communities and other non-profit organizations where we find synergy and alignment with our broader vision and objectives.
Members of BEC are also actively involved with other community organizations in their local communities and nation-wide.
