We want a world where Black people excel in their chosen engineering profession without limitations that are caused by societal biases. Black Engineers of Canada’s mission is to provide an enabling environment for growth and leadership by developing pathways to excellence for Black engineers and engineering graduates in Canada.

    BEC mentoring programs bring together black engineering talent with volunteer mentors who are leaders, management professionals, and engineering graduates. The program is designed to strengthen BEC members' leadership, coaching, and cross-cultural skills.
